• Account Information: Email address and authentication credentials provided via Supabase/Google Authentication.
• Business Information: Business name, contact numbers (including WhatsApp phone number), physical address, UPI ID, and business category.
• Product & Menu Data: Product titles, descriptions, prices, categories, and item photos uploaded by you to your digital catalogue.
• Media & Images: Store logos, banner images, and item images uploaded for display on your public digital menu.
• Usage Analytics: QR scan counts, catalogue views, and WhatsApp inquiry button clicks to provide performance insights.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

• Create, host, and render your dynamic digital menus and product catalogues.
• Generate high-resolution printable QR codes linked directly to your store page.
• Process subscriptions and verify purchases via Google Play Billing, Amazon Appstore IAP, and Razorpay.
• Allow customers to contact you directly via WhatsApp for inquiries and orders.
• Serve relevant in-app advertisements using Google AdMob where applicable.

3. Device Permissions We Request

• Camera & Storage (Photos/Media): Required only when you choose to take a photo or select an image from your device gallery to upload as a store logo, banner, or product image.
• Internet: Required to synchronize your catalogue with our cloud database and keep your digital menu updated in real-time.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use industry-standard, secure third-party services that may collect anonymized operational data:

• Google Play Services & Billing
• Google AdMob (In-App Advertising)
• Supabase Database & Authentication
• Razorpay Payment Gateway

5. Data Security & Storage

All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS encryption and stored with PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) policies on Supabase. We do not sell or rent your personal or business data to third-party data brokers.

6. User Control & Data Deletion

You retain full ownership of your data. You can edit or delete products, categories, and store details at any time within the app. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated catalogue data, you can do so in the app settings or by contacting us.
